Ethiopia: This special, natural processed coffee is grown in the Kore village, Kochere district within Yirgacheffe.  One of the great things about Ethiopian coffees is the complete mix of varietals. It is estimated that somewhere between six thousand and ten thousand varieties exist naturally in these highlands, the origin of coffee.  This particular coffee is a combination of heirloom Ethiopian varieties, grown by smallholder farmers affiliated with the Konga Washing Station.  This coffee is picked between November and January, depulped within 12 hours, and washed using spring water.  It has a strong fruit tea flavor profile, along with citrus and stone fruit.  This coffee has been roasted to a medium level in order to highlight its unique flavor characteristics.

Les Cheneaux: Dark and bold, with a heavy mouthfeel a complex yet pleasing flavor profile.

Guatemala: The Guatemalan Republic is one of the Central American countries with a long tradition in producing high quality coffee, often considered among the best in the world.  This coffee is produced by various cooperatives belonging to The Sustainable Coffee Association of Guatemala (ASDECAFE).  The concept of “sustainability” for ASDECAFE is based on a strong commitment to the protection of the environment, equal distribution of the generated profits, business transparency, and a desire to develop quality long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.  ASDECAFE currently has Fair Trade, USDA Organic, and Nespresso certifications.  The varietals of this coffee include Catuai, Bourbon, Pache, and Catimor, grown at altitudes of 4600-6200 feet in the Huehuetenango and El Quiche regions of Guatemala.  The fully washed processing method was used.  This coffee has been roasted to the dark roast level.

Joker Point Blend:

Our signature Joker Point Blend is a harmonious combination of the creamy chocolate and citrus undertones of two of our most popular single origin coffees.

Joker Point is named after one of the distinctive points in the Les Cheneaux Islands, well known by locals to anchor one of the more picturesque shorelines of the islands.
