Q: Where is your store located?

We are located inside of the Mackinac Grille Restaurant in downtown St. Ignace, MI. Our address is 251 N State Street, St. Ignace, MI 49781 

Q: What are your store hours?

We are open and ready to serve our customers during the following times:

Monday-Thursday: 11am-8:30pm

Friday-Saturday: 11am-9pm

Sunday: 10am-8:30pm

Our store front is open May through the end of October but our online store is open 24/7!

Q: Since you are located inside of a restaurant, are non restaurant patrons still able to come in and shop?

Yes of course! All shoppers are welcome at any time we are open! We are located at the very front of the restaurant right when you walk in the door so we are easily accessed! 

Q: If I live in Northern Michigan, can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?

A: Yes, absolutely! Just select Store Pickup during checkout and pick up during our regular store hours.

Pick up orders are fulfilled and customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup! 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item I ordered in-store or online?

Please head to our Return/Exchange information page for detailed information. Purchases must be returned to the location you purchased them from.

Q: What happens if my order arrives broken?

We're so sorry that happened! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to mackinacgeneralstore@gmail.com and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. We will resend that item immediately! If the item is no longer in stock we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.

Broken items do not need to be mailed back to us. 

Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes! Never hesitate to ask us! Gift wrapping is free at our brick and mortar location! Online gift wrapping is $5 and free when you spend $50+! Simply add gift wrapping to your cart at checkout and if your cart has reached $50, you will automatically receive the discount!

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is not available worldwide! Orders placed Monday-Saturday will ship within 48 hours, however, we do not ship on Sundays. Shipping rates are determined based on weight of the item(s) & speed at which you would like your package to arrive. Domestic orders of $75 or more will ship free! 

Free shipping may not necessarily be rush shipping. If you need your order shipped Priority, please pay for rush shipping at checkout!

Q: How quickly do you respond to a customer service question?

We will respond to your questions within 24 hours and typically much faster!

Q: I saw something on Instagram, but I can’t find it on your site. What do I do?

If you can’t find the item on the website, the item is sold out and has been taken down from the website. Please feel free to reach out to us at mackinacgeneralstore@gmail.com and we can let you know if that item will become available again. 

Q: What do I do if an item is sold out?

If an item you are interested in is currently sold out, please contact us at mackinaceneralstore@gmail.com and we will let you know as soon as that item arrives back in stock and available on the website.

Q: Do you offer gift registries?

We do not offer gift registries at this time. 

Q: Can we reach out to you for gift recommendations?

Our store associates are always happy to assist with gift recommendations! It's one of the best parts of our day helping put together a gift for a loved one! At this time Mackinac General Store does not have a main phone line so to contact us about putting a gift together please email mackinacgeneralstore@gmail.com or call Emily at 906-298-0668. You may also call the Mackinac Grille at 906-643-7482 and they will take your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can.
